I'm at my third airport today out of four and the people watching is something! When leaving the Detroit airport a friend of mine texted me about how to make sure she could get tender pork spare ribs for a bar-b-que contest. Even while out of the great state of Texas I am still needed for my expertise! LOL. Once in Seattle she sent me a video of how tender the ribs were because it took two people to flip them on the grill! Now that's tender!
